Wine-tasting tour in Hungary
Flight duration: 50-75 minutes per leg flying
Estimated Cost: depending on your trip
Hungary is famous of its wine culture. The first wine growers moved to Hungary, particularly to Szekszard, in the 16th century. Our team is very passionate about the red wines of Szekszard and Villány and the white wines of Tokaj. These locations happen to be in far ends of the country which make them difficult to visit during a shorter trip. Our service flies you in 50-75 minutes to the closest airfield. We will arrange ground transportation and shortly after landing you can enjoy excellent localwines in the cool cellar of the winemaker. Flights to all three destinations are spectacular. If you visit Villany do not miss spending a day or two in Pécs the Cultural Capital of Europe in 2010. If you combine the wine regions into one trip in 3 days you will have a pretty good impression as to why Hungarians are so proud of their winemakers. Discoveryour new favorite wine from Kadarka and Bulls Blood of Szekszard, or the Cabernet Sauvignon and Franc of Villány. You can try the Aszu, Szamorodni, or the Kabar of Tokaj wines as well! The wine tasting possibilities are endless.
